2. School project and test data only
MAP & PUMP is a non-production school project built for learning, demonstration, and testing. It is not a live fuel service, payment service, emergency service, or commercial platform. Features, records, maps, prices, bookings, and availability information may be fictional, incomplete, incorrect, or removed at any time.
Do not rely on this site for real-world fuel availability, bookings, travel decisions, payments, or business operations.
3. No real personal or sensitive information
You must use invented test data only. Do not submit real names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, vehicle or licence numbers, company information, passwords, identity documents, payment details, receipts, photographs, or any other personal or sensitive information belonging to you or anyone else.
If real data is submitted accidentally, contact the project team promptly so it can be removed. We may delete any submitted content or account without notice to protect privacy or maintain the test environment.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse MAP & PUMP. This includes attempting unauthorised access, disrupting the site, uploading harmful content, scraping or harvesting data, impersonating another person or organisation, or using the project for unlawful activity.
5. No commercial transactions
No information on this project creates a sale, booking, contract, payment obligation, partnership, or other commercial relationship. Do not send money or use real payment details through this site.
6. Intellectual property
MAP & PUMP, including its branding, software, design, and content we provide, remains our property or that of our licensors. You may use the service only as allowed by these terms. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our materials except as expressly permitted.
Content you submit (for example station details or profile information) remains yours. You grant MAP & PUMP a licence to use, display, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAP & PUMP and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or a modest fixed amount where required by applicable law.
